Trust & Ethics

Built on consent. Governed by ethics.

Our commitment to responsible AI, data privacy, and human dignity in leadership assessment — written down, so you can hold us to it.

The lines we don’t cross.

01

Informed consent only

No one is assessed without knowing it and agreeing to it. Consent is the foundation, not a checkbox.

02

No pass/fail judgments

Every read is developmental — where someone stands and how they grow. Never a score that closes a door on a person.

03

Individual data is never sold

A leader’s profile belongs to the engagement it was created for. It is not a product, a dataset for sale, or a training corpus for anyone else.

04

Subject access rights

Anyone assessed can see their data — and request its deletion. The person in the profile is never locked out of it.

05

Governance before onboarding

Data-handling, review depth, and use-boundaries are agreed before an engagement starts — not negotiated after something goes wrong.

06

Reducing assessment burden

We read work that already exists instead of adding another test to a leader’s calendar. Less staging, less burden, better signal.

What it is — and what it isn’t.

What It Is

An opt-in analysis of leadership signal from existing public or consented content — conference talks, podcast appearances, published interviews, board updates, presentations. Language only: the structure of how a leader thinks, relates, and holds pressure.

What It Isn’t

It is not surveillance. It does not analyze private conversations, social media without consent, or any material obtained without authorization. It never reads faces, voices, or emotion — a boundary aligned with the EU AI Act’s prohibitions.

Traditional evaluation is subjective, inconsistent, and riddled with unconscious bias. A structured, research-informed read — explainable, consent-based, and auditable — is the honest alternative.

Built to survive your vendor review.

Adopting a new assessment platform deserves thorough review. This is the section for your legal, compliance, and procurement teams.

  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • No individual data is shared without explicit consent
  • All AI models are regularly audited for bias
  • Subjects retain the right to access and request deletion of their data
  • Our data-governance framework is available for review on request
  • We are happy to participate in your vendor security assessment process

The Readiness Engine developmental framework is research-informed and grounded in established adult developmental psychology. It is not a clinical assessment, psychological evaluation, or investment advice, and results should not be interpreted as guarantees of performance or a replacement for other due diligence. The read is one input among several — never the sole basis for a decision about a person.
