We'll discuss the leader or team you're carrying, the decision in front of you, and how a readiness profile would shape the coaching that follows. You'll see how the assessment grounds the work — and we'll determine whether this is the right fit.

How much does coaching cost?

Engagements are scoped to the decision and the leader. We discuss pricing and packages during your intro call, once the work is clear.

How long is a typical coaching engagement?

Most clients work with us for 3-6 months, with sessions every 2 weeks. We'll customize a plan that works for your timeline and goals. Some clients continue longer-term, while others engage for specific projects or transitions.

Do I need to take the Readiness Engine™ assessment first?

Yes. Assessment-grounded coaching is the offering — the readiness profile is what makes the coaching specific to the leader and the decision, rather than generic. Every engagement begins with the assessment.
